Our successes

We are working towards our objective of being an employer of choice.

  • In 2009/10 we set up a people strategy linked to our business strategy but focused entirely on our people, to ensure open communication, strong leadership, development opportunities and clear performance standards support our people.
  • We now have Group-wide Investors in People accreditation.
  • We are continually acting on the feedback received through our Employee Opinion Survey.
  • In 2009/10 we introduced a Group-wide online Colleague Achievement Review process and launched Airport Learn to support lifelong learning among Manchester Airport employees.
