MAG is committed to diversity and to providing a working environment free of discrimination.

Our Diversity Policy (pdf, 72kb) sets out how our airports promote equal treatment for all employees and potential recruits, regardless of race, colour, sexual orientation, nationality, national or ethnic origins, gender, marital status, age, trade union membership or disability. We monitor the ethnic origin, disability status, gender and age of those applying for jobs at our airports. Data on the diversity of candidates and successful applicants are reviewed by our Board at least annually.
