Our Community
At Manchester Airports Group (MAG) we have a long history of working in close and active partnership with our local communities through many areas such as education, community initiatives, supporting the Art's - all to help share the benefits of our success.
Over the years, we have worked with many local organisations to enable everyone to benefit from our expertise and resources.
We encourage our colleagues to participate in community initiatives, particularly where they have the opportunity to share skills and learn new ones. We believe that support in kind is often more important than money, and do not offer direct financial support, other than through Trust Funds, which also offers support to groups from further afield.
We believe that communications with our local communities is key, and keep our local community close by publishing quarterly community newsletter on our airport websites and holding local meetings where local people can have any questions answered. As well as our consumer websites we have also launched a dedicated Education website for teachers and students.
