M.A.G Supply Chain take a collaborative approach when working with suppliers. Therefore, the purpose of this area is for both M.A.G Supply Chain and suppliers to understand their commitments when working with one another.

Through effective and sustainable procurement practice in collaboration with our suppliers we are supporting the delivery of purchasing excellence in the form of our “Do Wells” to M.A.G:

We understand communication is key and therefore offer a variety of communication opportunities with our supply chain, from monthly engagement reviews to stakeholder forums and external events such as ‘Meet the Buyer’ which will once again be held following the success of last years event.

M.A.G Procurement Policy

  • Procurement Performance shall be delivered according to the Procurement Team Code of Conduct and Ethics
  • Procurement Performance shall be delivered transparently to all stakeholders
  • Procurement Performance shall be delivered in a manner which is fair to all stakeholders
  • Procurement Performance shall be delivered in compliance with the latest published M.A.G Procurement processes
  • Procurement Performance shall be delivered to the latest published M.A.G Procurement standards
  • Procurement Performance shall at all times adhere to the published delegations of authority and associated protocols
  • Procurement Performance shall be delivered in support of M.A.G Corporate, Social and Environmental standards
  • Procurement Performance shall always comply with the legal obligations of the United Kingdom including but not limited to legislation associated with Bribery and Corruption
