MAG Developments Goes For Gold


Manchester Airport Developments (MAG Developments) – the property and development arm of the Manchester Airports Group – has secured five new occupiers at two of its prominent office buildings at Manchester Airport as well as completing a 4,149 sq ft warehouse letting at the World Freight Terminal to PICC Logistics on a three year lease at £9.50 per sq ft.

Proving that headline rental levels remain strong at the airport, Flightline has become the latest tenant at Olympic House having taken 336 sq ft at £32.75 per sq ft. At Deltapoint 1, Servisair UK is set to occupy 1,390 sq ft and WE Deane Ltd is to take 322 sq ft. PODS UK and Unitas Worldwide Trade Management have taken 703 sq ft and 741 sq ft respectively at Deltapoint 3.
