New Premier Inn, Manchester Airport

MAG Developments managed the construction of a new 169 bedroom Premier Inn hotel at Junction 6 of the M56. This hotel complements the Premier Inn hotel and Travelodge already operating from this easy access location.
Cirrus Court, Bournemouth Airport

Cirrus Court is a brand new industrial/warehouse unit scheme at Bournemouth Airport. Developed in 2009 by MAG Developments, space is available from 998 sq ft and is ready for immediate occupation.
Premier Inn, Manchester Airport

MAG Developments has agreed a 25 year lease with international hotel group Premier Inn and has developed an 195 bedroom hotel adjacent to the popular Travelodge at Junction 6 of the M56. This contemporary new hotel adds to the 1,500 bedrooms already serving the airport.
Premier Travel Inn, East Midlands Airport
Completed: Summer 2007
A new 80 bed hotel for Premier Travel Inn has been constructed by MAG Developments at East Midlands Airport. The shell and core scheme, managed by MAG Developments, was completed in December 2006 and the hotel opened in Summer 2007.
Royal Mail, East Midlands Airport

MAG Developments has completed the development of a new bespoke hub facility at East Midlands Airport (EMA) The development further strengthens EMA as Royal Mail's centre for UK flown mail. The facility benefits from a new airside access to the apron, a factor that will considerable improve the efficiency of the Royal Mail's operation, which presently carries some 23,000 tonnes on 4,500 flights each year through the airport. The £3.6 million shell and core scheme was pre let on a new 15 year lease.
Travelodge, Manchester Airport
Completed: December 2005
Working in partnership with Travelodge, MAG Developments has built a new £8.4 million 200-bed hotel situated just off junction six of the M56. The hotel - Travelodge's largest new build project outside of London - is the first low cost hotel on site and provides affordable accommodation to the airport's 22 million annual visitors.
Alpha Bonded Warehouse, Manchester Airport

MAG Developments completed a bespoke new high quality 60,000 sq ft bonded warehouse for Alpha Catering.
4M Offices, Manchester Airport
Completed: 2003
4M is an 82,000 sq ft Grade A office development, which provides high quality accommodation over six floors occupying a prominent position above the Airport's Ground Transport Interchange. Existing tenants include UKIS, the UK Immigration Service, Select Service Partner, Excel (formerly Air Atlanta) and Emirates.
