Background: Joined Manchester Airport in 2003 as a Customer Service Cadet. Worked on the information desks of all 3 terminals as well as the switchboard whilst completing NVQ Level 2 and 3. Later worked in Human Resources and Airfield Operations before taking a 6 month career break to work in Southern France. On returning to the UK, came back to Airfield Operations and made permanent as Airfield Operations Administrator.
