Airfield Operations
The Airfield Operations team aims to provide a safe and efficient environment for all airfield users. The team's goal is to deliver high levels of customer service and through cohesive working relationships with airlines and service partners, continually improve our service delivery. The department balances the needs of regulatory bodies with those of airlines and service partners to cater for business needs in a dynamic environment.
On a day-to-day basis, the airfield is run by a team comprising Airfield Duty Managers, Senior Airfield Operations Officers, Airfield Safety Officers and Airfield Operations Controllers, with operational support provided through the wider team to assist the overall operation.
