Here are a few frequently asked questions about the Aerozone
How often can my group come to the Aerozone?
Groups are welcome to come to the Aerozone for one off or frequent visits. Get in touch to check availability and to book your visit.
How much does it cost to come to the Aerozone?
Visits for school groups are free, however a deposit is required, returned when the facilities and equipment has been checked following use. There is a small charge for extra-curricular and community groups. For more information on these charges, get in touch.
How many people can fit in the Aerozone?
The Aerozone is made up of two space - Meeting Zone and Learning Zone. You can book to use both of these spaces, or just one. The Meeting Zone can seat 10 people. The Learning Zone seats 32 people at round tables, however can fit 40 people in an auditorium style. Get in touch to discuss your group's needs.
What can we do whilst at the Aerozone?

Is there anywhere to park?
EMA can arrange parking for coaches and cars free of charge in the nearby short stay car park. Please specify your parking requirements when booking to visit the Aerozone.
Can we arrange tours of the airport?
Due to the high security regulations in place at the airport, we are unable to offer any tours of the terminal building or air field. Groups are welcome to visit the check-in hall and arrivals area and there are education resources which help to pinpoint features and points of interest in these areas. Education resources available at the Aerozone include footage of behind the scenes areas of the airport.
How much notice do I need to book the Aerozone?
In order to ensure that your visit is tailored to your group's needs, we need at least four weeks notice for any bookings.
